Usage

This script is an insurance UI that is triggered by seeing the insurance clerk (ped) at the set coordinates.

Insurance Clerk

Depending on your config location you will find your insurance clerk in the big bank or your set coordinates. You will need to third eye him to interact with the insurance UI.

Documents

Once you have a valid insurance policy you will receive a Vehicle Insurance Policy item that you can use to display your policy to nearby players. Be warned if your insurance lapses the police can still check your coverage using your vehicles plates.

Checking Insurance

The police and authorities can use the /checkinsurance command to bring up a UI and search for plates to see if you have the correct coverage to be driving on the road. Be warned, driving without insurance can lead to a ban on your license and the need to retake your test.

Cancelling Policy

If you wish to cancel your policy if you are selling the car or can't keep up with your direct debits you will need to revisit the insurance clerk and cancel the policy on the vehicle of your choice.
